This is a case study of the Viable Vision implementation at Grupo Berlin which started in 2010. There have been many improvements since introducing the TOC principles: improved process flow, increased availability, reduced inventories, and satisfied customers to the extent of connecting with customers to manage their inventories and improve their inventory turns.
