Project Management for Value (PMV) in Internal Projects
Internal projects are those which are initiated and executed within an organization by their own project management team. In order succeed in bringing the maximum value to the organization, there are 3 key elements for managing internal projects: (1) value should be considered as the goal of an internal project The PMV pyramid places value as the top criteria and it is superimposed over the triangle of scope, time and budget (2) the life cycle of the project should contain the final phase of business take off (3) the issue of disparity of business goals between owners and project managers must be addressed.
