In this fourth part of the first day of Eli Goldratt's Upgrade Session, Lisa Scheinkopf continues with the lessons learned from revisiting the "freeze" concept as part of the TOC solution for Project Mangement and shows the process of getting buy-in and the results when implementing the learnings gained when revisiting and expanding a TOC solution. This part end with revisiting the process of "Standing on the Shoulders of Giant" and its application on the TOC solution called CCPM (Critical Chain Project Management).
