This case study presented at the TOCICO Conference 2005, documents how TOC Thinking Process (TP) was applied in a non-profit healthcare clinic. The problematic symptoms of long patient wait times, questionable financial viability, and high staff turnover were synthesized into a CCC. Two strategic injections were logically validated using FRT.
